Lyric in Bricktown...

   Yesterday I rushed around to get my kids started on their school, get at least one cup of coffee in me, greeted my mom who came to watch my kids, and then headed to downtown OKC. I was meeting a fellow homeschooler, a Senior, Lyric. My hubs coached Lyric in softball back in the day, so I have had the privilege of knowing this beautiful girl for quite awhile. I cannot believe that she is a Senior, but I am so grateful for the opportunity to photograph her in this momentous year in her life.
   We met in Bricktown. I have shot in the Myriad Gardens grounds several times in the last few months, but I have not shot in Bricktown ever! So, creatively I was very excited just to be challenged with new scenery. In the block that we covered, there were so many places that stood out to me, and I was so excited to shoot them with Lyric as the centerpiece. Being in Bricktown and all there was obviously a lot of brick involved in our shoot...

I so enjoyed this Senior session with Miss Lyric. I hope you and your family are able to enjoy and treasure these photos for a long time. Thank you for the opportunity to do them.
